Manufactured using Plasmor’s proprietary expanded clay technology, it is formed from geochemically precise clay fired in a high‑temperature rotary kiln to create ultra‑lightweight expanded clay nodules. Each nodule combines a hard, vitrified outer shell with an air‑filled honeycombed core, resulting in exceptional strength‑to‑weight performance and enhanced insulation properties. With a thermal conductivity of 0.28 W/m·K and a dry density of 950 kg/m³ (7.3N), Fibolite blocks provide reliable structural performance while improving handling efficiency and long‑term durability.
